Roberta goes above and beyond for my hair needs always taking time during my appointments to listen to my questions and concerns. She makes sure I know what she is doing and why. Ms. Roberta has taken such great care of my hair, and has done even better teaching me to take care of it. She takes the time to understand what I’m wanting to do but also gives her input. Love my hair and experience.?Customer ServiceRoberta is professional and attentive. I shared that I had 2 recent surgeries, and was unable to do my hair due to the stomach incisions. She gave me was relatable, and patient (because I walk slower now) listened as I shared where the "tender" spots were on my scalp and was just overall phenomenal.?COMMUNICATION ?I was able to call and let her know I would be a little late for appt. Please note: I let her know this 4 days before my appointment so I can be courteous of her time and other appointments she would have.
