When coming into the office the 2 ladies at the desk were extremely nice and welcoming, gave forms got me checked into my appointment. About 5 minutes later they brought me back to my room asked all the questions needed and asked my primary complaint for the visit. I told her and she asked if there was anything else we would like to address while here. The PA came in took a look at my skin and understood where i was coming from. They were very upfront that they did not want to cut more moles off than three due to it becoming an open wound and if id like to schedule a follow up appointment they can definitely get them taken care of but it may take a few visits. They let me know in about a week i should be getting a call with path results. Everyone was so nice, helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Dr Patel thanked me for coming in. Had a very good experience with the whole visit! Highly recommend
