My experience with JCPenney salon was nothing shy of amazing on Sunday. I woke up and needed a change, so I decided to get a haircut. I hope Katina Fowler understands her purpose in life! I sat in her chair and was treated as though she knew me her whole life. She took one look at the photo I presented of my desired cut and went to work. She encouraged me to enjoy the process and I was completely wowed by the final result. The precision of the cut and style I received is still evident on a rainy Tuesday. My hair is transformed and so am I. Thank you Katina for taking time out of your day to make a difference in mine. I highly recommend Katina!

Took my niece to get her hair cut here. We were a walk in & they were very accommodating. Her styles was great & took the time to explain how to style the cut she wanted & what products to use. My niece was thrilled with her her haircut. Price was really affordable. Would definitely recommend
