Why Google doesn’t allow us to leave a review without stars?

If the Devil exists then Hooker’s Funeral Home is where it lives.
After my wife came to the USA, we finally had a baby for our first time on February 9, 2026 but in less than an hour she passed away. On Sunday, February 15, 2026, we managed get to see Mr. Broady who seems to be the director to the Hooker’s Funeral Home and we agreed to have him call us after he pick our daughter’s body from the medical examiner in Nashville but he never called until I decided to call on Friday, February 20th, 2026 the medical examiner first who told me they released the body since Monday, February 16, 2026...read full review

I gave one star ONLY because I couldn't post with none, but they truly do not deserve that. They are very, very, VERY disrespectful. They professionalism they demonstrate is a front and for show. And they are, quite frankly to put it nicely, MEAN. And on top of all that, they're not even good at it. They did a HORRIBLE job on our loved one! ALL that matters to them is MONEY! Please don't make the same mistake of entrusting the care of your deceased loved one to them- no amount of apologies can change the damage that's ready done. I was there for a funeral of a dear friend of mine. During the service the preacher felt it necessary to make a derogatory comment about me being transgender. This type of hate absolutely does not belong in a funeral service!! If you or any of your family are from the LBGTQ community I would go anywhere else to have my family member late to rest
