Our home is a Hawkins Home and it is amazing! Beautifully designed, excellent quality and very well built. We have lived here for 2 years and had no problems at all. The office is always available for any questions I still have and very friendly. One of the best builders around, highly recommend!
From the moment my sister and I walked into an Open House and met the Realtor, Nichole McCulley, in Cherry Fields subdivision, I knew I found my Forever Home. Their website was easy to navigate and allowed me to do all the research I needed, from the available communities, floor plans and company info. Nichole patiently took me to each house, answered emails, calls and text messages within a few hours and represented the values Hawkins Homes put into their company. Bought a townhome built by Hawkins Homes. They are very quick to respond to repairs needed around the home, usually next day. From my door knob needing replaced, to a leak in the sink, to my baseboard needing replaced. Very prompt service and well communicated. Specifically Javier this past time was very helpful and was at my home within 20 minutes of reaching out. Thankful for their service!
