I had a wonderful, easy, very efficient transaction with Lily at Flower Story! ?It was late afternoon on a Saturday - a holiday weekend, too - when I called from Florida looking for a same day delivery. I found her on Google, called to talk about our arrangements, CashApp-ed her, she made a gorgeous basket, sent me a pic for approval, and delivered to our friends in Tennessee before dinnertime. She was delightful ~ highly recommend.
Boy did these flowers end up having a wild story.10/10 recommend a flower story.I couldn't pick up until late into the night and Lily accommodated to my schedule. I wasn’t sure what to expect but she delivered and I loved them!These roses were so beautiful, perfectly blooming.Great customer service.
This florist, Flower Story, and Lily the owner, provided a BEAUTIFUL arrangement for my niece who just had a baby. The customer service was terrific. The price was reasonable. In fact, I felt so pleased.... I offered to pay more than requested. I highly recommend Flower Story. You wont be disappointed.
