The front desk staff is kind and welcoming and the staff in general is friendly. The eye exam can be hit or miss depending on which doctor you get. Unfortunately, the glasses department is severely lacking in competence in my experience. Too many mistakes and errors are made that they expect the customer to come out of pocket for. It is not professional or fair to the customer to be made to pay for mistakes made by the manager. I would personally never purchase or get glasses fitted here.

This place is always pleasant and the people that work there are very friendly and polite and they attended to your request and concerns from the receptionist to the associates in the back and especially the doctors

Absolutely best eye care place I've experienced here in Clarksville! They get you in fast and it's a smooth and easy process! Had the best doctor! Have to get back to you on her name!
