The Clarksville VA Clinic provides a mixed experience for its patients. While some staff members show disrespect to veterans, others excel in customer service. The clinic was well-organized and staffed during the Pact Act Summer VetFest. However, one reviewer experienced difficulty in contacting a specific provider, Hodges C, to discuss their spouse's health and habits. Overall, the clinic's customer service is inconsistent, and some staff may need to improve their approach to interacting with patients.
Excellent service thanks to President Trump appointing Secretary Doug Collins. Most of the grifters are gone and employees are actually working at providing excellent quality service!
Everyone in Mental health is super friendly. I’ve sat here for the past 20 minutes watching them help people out. Trying to get people in early for appointments accepting walk in fast. Everyone is taking the long VA process out on this clinic. Not cool. The clinic is great and friendly. From a Disabled Vet.
I was finally able to get into the Clinic last year after being placed in the community outreach program due to staffing. I can state for a fact the VA clinic personal and professionals that work here are amazing people that’ll listen to you and always have a smile on their faces. The waiting area is truly beautiful and in a way relieves the stress of having to be at the clinic for appointments and allows Vets to connect with others or sit down in a quieter area and relax. I’m truly blessed for getting a slot for my care team here.
