The Clarksville VA Clinic provides a mixed experience for its patients. While some staff members show disrespect to veterans, others excel in customer service. The clinic was well-organized and staffed during the Pact Act Summer VetFest. However, one reviewer experienced difficulty in contacting a specific provider, Hodges C, to discuss their spouse's health and habits. Overall, the clinic's customer service is inconsistent, and some staff may need to improve their approach to interacting with patients.
I find it very convenient to get more things done here, without having to visit the Nashville campus.
Also there are times when they have tables with, breads and other things that are given out, helpful in lowered food costs. They have a great audiology clinic that help you with issues concerning hearing aid problems, such as components that malfunction or in some cases information about the care and servicing of those aids.
I am a veteran and this particular site offers friendly and timely service. The staff and doctors are very courteous and attentive to the needs of the veteran and always recommend specialist when needed. I truly appreciate professional service.
Excellent service thanks to President Trump appointing Secretary Doug Collins. Most of the grifters are gone and employees are actually working at providing excellent quality service!
