Used this company for my taxes this year thinking it will help me to file safely. My professional, Valecia, did a wonderful job at filing my documents and maximizing. However, my issue is their 3rd party company returned my deposit to the IRS due to a mistake on their part. I’ve reached out to the business multiple times trying to see if there were options for them to rectify the situation as opposed to me now having to wait 120 days as told by the IRS for returning my taxes after they were approved and released.
