David Aldridge plumbing was contracted to do the plumbing in my new home construction. It was specified in the contract that he install 3/4 inch main water lines both hot and cold. He presented an up charge for the extra work and materials and he was paid to do the work. We find out today that although we were billed for it, he did not do the work we requested, choosing instead to install smaller pipes.
