Everything about this place is phenomenal. Getting an appointment was super easy and quick, which is surprising especially for a new patient . They are super responsive via email and by telephone. All forms were digitally done which allowed my check in to be smooth and quick.
Liam did an amazing job breaking down my daughter’s treatment options and costs. Not once did I feel rushed and he answered every question that I had. It wasn’t just a pitch to take my money it was truly a break down of how my daughter would receive the best care and achieve the ultimate goal of her treatment. It's been about a month since I had my braces placed, but let me just say I was going to get around to it eventually because my experience here was so good! These ladies from administrative, to financing to the dental hygienists & Dr. Coleman herself treated me so well. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with the Rudolphtown Location.
