It's been about a month since I had my braces placed, but let me just say I was going to get around to it eventually because my experience here was so good! These ladies from administrative, to financing to the dental hygienists & Dr. Coleman herself treated me so well. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with the Rudolphtown Location. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't seen too many reviews about Adult Orthodontics only children so if you are late 20's into 30's + and you want to start your journey to a beautiful smile I highly recommend! Staff were professional and able to answer all my questions. Up front and detailed pricing and once I agreed to moving forward with the treatment plan, they started same day. Very friendly! They earned my business. Very impressed with all staff interactions.
My 8 year old son had his first visit with Dr. Candice today and we had a great experience! She was very thorough with treatment options. Casey was wonderful with paperwork and financial options. We highly recommend this office!
