Got New A/C units and Terri was awesome working with us. Brian was the best worker, he knows his job, very polite and professional he explained everything to us. I give him a 5 out of 5. Terry and Shawn even came out the next day to make sure everything was running correctly.

We have nothing but good things to say about A1. We found ourselves in a situation where we just paid off our unit that day and the air conditioning stopped working. The heat index was over 100 and we were miserable. We called A1 and they sent out an awesome tech who was highly experienced and knew immediately what the problem was. He stayed until we could find a solution and went out of his way to drop off a window unit for us to use until the part could be delivered that we needed.
