A-1 went above and beyond! The owner Ronnie, and his team are not only hard working but courteous and kind. Their commitment to our community is stellar. We are very blessed to have a honest legit hvac company for our needs.
Got New A/C units and Terri was awesome working with us. Brian was the best worker, he knows his job, very polite and professional he explained everything to us. I give him a 5 out of 5. Terry and Shawn even came out the next day to make sure everything was running correctly.
Extremely professional service from start to finish. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, clearly communicated everything they planned to do, and provided helpful tips to keep things running efficiently. They made sure we were fully prepared heading into the Tennessee summer — couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend A-1 Heating & Cooling and Dylan as my tech.
