Custom HVAC is very customer focused. Robert provided excellent maintenance service on my two units which I previously purchased from Custom. Today Robert replaced my compressor and was very efficient. I have been with Custom HVAC over 20 years as they are the best in their field and very professional. Brandon and Eli came to my Mom's house and worked hard putting in a new Carrier system for air. They took the old system out and had the new unit in after a half a day. They were both very friendly, cordial, answering all questions, knowledgeable and i would recommend them and Custom Heating and Air to anyone.
6/1/2026 - Aaron came out to my house were i had a water leak on the inside unit. It was a a clogged PVC pipe. I hadn't poured a bleach/water solution down the PVC tube in awhile. That was my bad! He had it taken care of in no time. Very friendly and professional with a reasonable price! A+ service with a smile!
Robert replaced a burner in our gas fireplace. He did an excellent job. He was neat and clean and very nice. He did his work and when he was finished he left. He cleaned up after himself and we are very satisfied. We have always had a good experience with Custom Heating and Air.
