Secret sanctuary hidden inside a hotel. Once you open the door the calm washes over you. The peacefulness makes you relax even before any facial or body treatment. I suggest the 80 minute signature massage with Lauren, one of the best.

Patrick, Deana, and the staff Brandi and Crystal were absolutely awesome. Made our mother-daughter spa experience amazing. The treatment was exceptional and we will definitely be back! Thank you for their services and hospitality - highly recommend!

This had to be one of the best massages I have ever had. And I have had a lot. As a matter of fact, I own a medspa that provides massage therapy and I am still amazed at the level of service provided at the Spa at the Chattanoogan. From the time Patrick made our booking to our last goodbye to the staff, everything was first class. I especially appreciated the extras including the hot stones and a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. The spa was top notch all the way and we will definitely be back. See ya soon!
