Good product, poor customer service. I inquired about working on my car along side someone from their team to guide me if there were pain points that came up. They first said they’d love to help and asked for a follow up phone call later that week. After that initial message I never heard a peep back. So far I did front bumper delete. If you take your time watch the video a few times and keep it near by Incase you run into something it's super easy. Doing pillars next and side PPF. So far I highly recommend and can't say enough good things about them. They really have made it DIY friendly for beginners! I have no previous experience and was not a hassle. Just make sure to have a heat gun which they don't supply.
Was a returning customer. I did leave a negative review after they messed up delivery of my international order and refused to resolve it. Never got my last order in the end. But they did reach out to me after I left a negative review and resolved the matter completely. So they do stand by their claim to always put the customer first. I'll take one star off a perfect score for not resolving the problem right away, but cudos to them for helping me in the end. Now I might be a returning customer again.
