I had a wooden privacy fence built a few weeks ago. I wanted to give some time to see how things turned out before writing a review. The installers were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They finished the whole fence in under two days and left no mess behind. They were also accommodating when I wanted a small change in the plan on where a handrail was placed. The fence is sturdy and the hardware looks like it will hold up for a long time. I am very pleased with the outcome. Great job!
I have only good things to say about my experience with Superior Fence and Rail. For context, roughly 36 ft of 6 ft wooden privacy fence + gate, so a very small job in terms of fencing. Paid roughly $1,700.
I got quotes from 4 other Chattanooga area fencing installers, two big and two small. The two large ones had minimum $ amounts, that made them significantly more expensive than Superior. One of the two small ones was significantly more $. The other small operator matched the price, but wanted to install the gate into the siding of my house to avoid having to drill a hole in my concrete sidewalk. From start to finish they have been awesome. From Riggs coming out and explaining things to us for fence options and styles it was a great experience. They came back with a design and cost on the spot which several other companies did not have the ability to do. The price was fair and it was not the cheapest but right in the middle. There was some hiccups with getting scheduled they had some issues with crews and had to move my install but they communicated the whole way and I understood.
