I LOVE visiting Spenga Chatt. I hail from Spenga Chapel Hill in North Carolina and have taken and taught at that location. From the front desk, to the communications, to the physical location, to the instructors, to the STRONG sense of community I feel (even without knowing a single person there) -- this is a special place. It's clear from visiting they take pride in building a safe and challenging and fun environment in each and everyone of their classes. I took my first class with SPENGA Chattanooga and I loved it so much. The instructor was very clear with her instructions, and the class was well organized. Will definitely be joining

I went with a friend for my first class and it was awesome. Flow of the classes was perfect. The times offered are flexible for working people. Felt very welcomed and not pressured to make any decisions. Will be going back!
