This is a response to my initial meet with Cole..., very professional and willing to avoid the superfluous bovine scatology associated with these most home improvement sales staff...plus, he is a "dog-person" and that counts for a lot in my book. Bobby Olesen was above professionalism and understanding especially since I am experiencing a PPP (P%&sed Poor Performance) by another vendor. Cole Nichols is the "go-to" guy at SIHP for your windows and siding needs.
Rachel Gwilliam was amazing with our Renovation. She worked with us to match colors twice since I changed my mind. Excellent customer service and workmanship from the team that came to install. Hope kept us updated along the way just like Rachel told us in our final consultation. We are very pleased with our house. Thank you, I highly recommend this company.
Dennis Hall arrived on time. He was very professional and understood my budget constraints. His presentation was very thorough. He was able to answer all my questions. This is the second company that I have interviewed and I have at least 3 more to go. I will make my decision after all interviews and in consult with my grown children.
