In over 40+ years of home ownership, I never before had to file a claim for damage. After the tree was removed from the roof, Stephen and Michael came and surveyed the damage. We agreed for them to meet with the adjuster and contact the insurance company about the work until the roof was completely repaired. The cleaning and debris removal was excellent, like they had never been there! This team has been very professional and showed the customer was their main concern to have all damage covered. I learned Michael had just joined the team with Southern Guardian LLC, so this was also the first damage claim he was involved in, just as I was. We walked thru it together. Stephen came out so quick with a quote and was able to get us scheduled after the holiday! They had to fix my roof where another company didn’t correctly lay it and water spot was showing on the ceiling. They were so quick and were very knowledgeable they even took before and after pictures to show me the work was completed. Highly recommend!!
