We stumbled upon this gem of a security company by sheer luck, it was already servicing our address when we bought the house. Of course we had never had a security company before and needed guidance. When we received the bill for the last 3 months I called to inform their office that we had not been using the devices due of a lack of know-how and they immediately canceled the 3 month charge and arranged for the owner of the company to come out to our home and personally walk us through how to use the system. I inherited this security system company when I purchased a new house. Their customer service and responsiveness is fantastic and the pricing much better than the big brand corporations with inferior customer service. I ended up removing my ADP security system from my 2nd house and now using these guys. I have also referred them to several friends who are are purchasing new homes.
