Our family was in a bind this winter after our warranty company (CHOICE Home Warranty) and the HVAC vendor they hired for us (SOS Residential and Commercial Repair) committed fraud against us and left us without any heat. Rivertech came through for us and was very generous with us. We are so blessed by this company and will recommend them as a first choice for all HVAC work.
I can’t say enough good things about RiverTech! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. After having a different company come out and “fix” our AC for $2,000, it went out again just 3 weeks later. That same company returned only to tell us the whole unit needed replacing — quoting $12,000–$14,000 but generously (eye roll) offering to credit our $2,000 toward it.
We decided not to go with them and instead called RiverTech. Best decision ever! Within 48 hours, they had a brand new unit installed — and at a fraction of the outrageous price the other company quoted.

Last year I had a pretty frustrating experience with another HVAC company. So this summer I reached out to four different companies to try and find someone better. I’m really glad I found RiverTech.
Right from the start their communication and professionalism stood out. They were on time every step of the way, gave me a fair price, and installed a solid system. They even fixed a bunch of things the last company had done wrong. The quality of their work was a big step up.
