Just wow! This has truly been one of the most impressive and wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. I’ll admit, we were cautious at first after reading so many mixed reviews—some great, others not so much. But we made the decision to contact Renewal by Andersen, and it was the best choice we could have made. We first met with Jeff Chambers, who kindly came to our home late one evening to work around our schedule. We were not only grateful, but also incredibly impressed. His presentation of the products was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. He gave us plenty of time to ask questions, encouraged discussion, and made sure we fully understood every aspect. Jeff truly went above and beyond—he promised to be there every step of the way, just a phone call away, and that’s exactly how it has been. When he gave us a quote, we asked for a few days to think it over, given it’s a significant investment. He respected that, and after doing our research, we called him back to move forward. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The difference in quality compared to a window we had installed by another company just months prior is night and day. Renewal by Andersen windows are unmatched—truly a case of “you get what you pay for.” Thank you to our measuring expert Vincent DeLorenzo. And we can’t forget to thank our incredible installers, Paul and Max. Hardworking, friendly, respectful, and professional—they made the process smooth and stress-free. I’ve had a great experience so far working with Renewal by Andersen of Chattanooga! Out of all the companies I contacted about this job, Andersen was the only to return my messages/calls. Mason Bragg, the sales representative, did an amazing job presenting and making sure we understood about both the quality & craftsmanship of the windows. He kept the sales meeting on task despite my family’s proclivity to getting sidetracked on meandering stories. Once the sale was made, I had a clear timeline of what to expect next. My sales appointment was on Monday. I was contacted on Tuesday to setup the tech measure appointment, which landed on the following Monday due to the Thanksgiving holiday. John Sheffield arrived early, seemed very confident and informed about the system, verified all my information, and completed the work order & measurements in just under an hour. I’m looking forward to the rest of the process if this has gone so smoothly! I grew up with Andersen windows that have served my family well for 40 years, so I know it’s a great product.
