Hired this company to replace a window. One week later, they came out to inspect and measure. Two weeks later they came back with the wrong customers window. Two weeks after that they came and installed a miss-matched window. When I explained the unacceptable issue to their installer, he admitted he was aware it was incorrect and promised to return shortly with the correct window or return my home to the original condition. After that, they stopped calling.\nTwo weeks later they told my wife they were unable to locate the correct window and would come out to reinstall my old window and refund our money.
