I highly recommend this home inspector! He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to carefully explain his findings, answer all of my questions, and point out things that I may not have noticed on my own. I really appreciated how detailed he was. It helped home-buying process feel much less overwhelming.
Jared was great. He was recommended by our realtor and we really appreciated his thoroughness. His report was very detailed, with a good amount of pictures. He had recommendations included as to who to use for certain issues, etc. We would for sure use him again.
We were so pleased with Potts Home Inspections. We were on a tight timeline and Jared worked us in to meet our deadline.
Not only was he thorough but he was ready to communicate with. Explained which issues were critical or not.
I highly recommend this company!
