Pop Cult Chattanooga is a treasure trove of pop culture memorabilia, offering a wide range of Anime, Sanrio, Video Games, Marvel, Disney, Gundam, and more. Located in Hamilton Place Mall, this store is a must-visit for anyone looking for new merchandise or to show off their latest cosplay. Upon entering, customers are greeted by a vast selection of cute and cool clothes, merchandise, and more, making it a true "nerd heaven." The staff is friendly and helpful, with the assistant manager being particularly patient and kind. Prices are generally reasonable, and the store offers a good selection of items, including the latest Ty beanies and Disney-themed purses.
The customer service is phenomonal. Today I went in, not really planning on buying anything, but then I saw the bubby... (arcanine). My one problem with this store was that you could never find the price on things, but today I found out why, and I feel better about it now. As well as prices on certain things. I just wanted to thank the man, Chad, I think it was, I at least know he is the assistant manager, and I hope I do not say anything that will get him in trouble, but he was very patient and kind and will continue to come to this store.
Noticed a silly comment. Wanted to leave a review letting everyone know that it’s probably the best store (and safest) in this area for anything Pop Culture related.
They are a safe place for everyone and the staff is extremely nice.
