Pomerance Eye Center PC is a vision care practice serving patients in Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, and Northeast Alabama. Founded in 1984, the center is led by Dr. Glenn N. Pomerance and a team of experienced ophthalmologists. Patients describe the office as pleasant and clean. The staff is praised for their friendliness and thoroughness. The center offers specialized vision care and advanced surgical treatment for vision disorders. Patients have recommended Dr. Gannon for his excellent communication and care.
The staff and the doctor were great. There we only two things I will mention. I didn't care for the way the call for the clients to come back. My father in law is legally blind and needs a bit of direction when he is called.
The other thing is that the records from the referring doctor was not there, if we had known we could have requested before the visit. Part of that is on the referring doctor.
The wait for my appointment was short, and everyone was professional and friendly. As usual, Dr. Lee is the best. He takes time with me, answers all of my questions, and has a quiet confidence about him. I can’t imagine seeing any other ophthalmologist.
Excellent experience! Every office staff member was so friendly. I cannot recommend Dr. Gannon highly enough. Excellent communication and manner puts you at ease immediately. You need to see him for your ophthalmology needs.
