I had a body wave put in. The next morning when I got up there was no curl. So, I called Phases and the Yong woman told me to come in and she would redo it. I wanted to wait a couple of months so my hair wouldn't be damaged more. Then I became paralyzed from the waist down. It took a lot of time for me to get to walk again
I called Phases to get the long awaited perm. I got there and the woman refused to do anything to my hair. She had a refund already ready before I got there. Told me she wouldn't do anything to my hair. I have never been treated so badly and her being so unprofessional just because I was paralyzed and took so long to come get my hair permed. My wife and I have been customers for over 18 years now. We would never go any other place. Kim and Susan are the most pleasant ladies you will ever meet. So sweet and accommodating always! Please give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

Susan and Kim are excellent stylists. They are always cheerful and fun to be around. They are truly the BEST colorists in Chattanooga. I highly recommend giving them a try... you'll never go anywhere else!
