I highly recommend Joseph Tomlinson at Mr.Rooter of Chattanooga! He’s very experienced and professional in his line of work. He puts the customer first and I like that! He was very punctual and has great manners, also was very informative to me about the what the problem was and the original cause of said problem. Joseph take great pride in his work and it shows. I will be using him from here on out and will recommend him to anyone in the Chattanooga area!
I cannot say enough about the service this company provided! There have been several plumbing issues at my apartment that were not fixed previously by the original plumbing company our property manager had. When we called to get the issues fixed, the technician came out on Friday and got it fixed Saturday. When other problems were found, they offered to get what they needed and come back the same day. Other companies probably would’ve told us to reschedule, but they made sure they fixed all of my concerns that day. These guys were so courteous and made as little mess as possible, cleaned it up, and made sure they thoroughly double checked everything before leaving....read full review
