Made an online appointment to have my battery checked as it sounded rather weak. Got there and was immediately greeted, and after a minute my car was in the garage to be checked. The battery was dead and I had it replaced, which was probably a bit more expensive than replacing it myself but I got good and fast service, that is worth it. Overall a good experience and I will use this place again.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, honest. Adjectives that I don’t usually associate with a chain mechanic establishment. But, Rob (or Rod…sorry I don’t remember which but he’s the manager) exceeded expectations and didn’t hit me with unneeded expenses. I will use them in the future (as long as he’s still there!).
