I literally could not walk unassisted when I came ro Dr Adair 8 months pregnant. I had never been to a chiropracter in my life and he was very welcoming and took time to explain what was going on. He got me walking pretty much normal before my c section and did some things to help loosen ligaments around too. He is very knowledeable and caring and his staff is also.
