Chuck is excellent. After years of rock-climbing and abusing my body, which resulted in pain and chronic injuries for years, Chuck was the solution to the hopelessness I felt at ever recovering.I went to physical therapists, functional strength training and did yoga for 2 years in hopes of sorting out my injuries, all of which helped but not noticeably and was definitely not worth if for the amount of time and money I spent. Not only are Chucks service affordable, after a few sessions with him he helped me correctly understand what was causing my shoulder discomfort, and completely sorted it out simultaneously. Chuck is an excellent massage therapist. Both my wife and I have been going to him regularly for the past couple of years. He is professional and has great technique. We are both former athletes with nagging injuries and deep tissue work has been a big help in our recovery and overall health. I have recommended him to other friends/colleagues who have gone to see him - many are still clients and all spoke well of him. Highly recommend.
Chuck Smith is the best massage therapist I've ever been to! He has save my life. When I first started seeing him I was suffering from ganglion cysts in my wrists, and my yoga practice was suffering because I was in so much pain. I've been seeing Chuck on a regular basis for over two years and I have not had a ganglion cyst in a year.Every time something hurts I go see Chuck and he always finds the root cause and helps me by both removing the pain, but also by teaching me stretching exercise that I can do at home to help aid in my recovery.
