While some therapists are highly skilled, others may not provide the requested level of pressure. However, many customers have had excellent experiences, such as the one from a customer who received a massage from William, describing it as one of the very best ever, with just the right amount of pressure and a deep, soothing technique.
Another customer, a very active adult, found Eilese to be a wonderful therapeutic (deep tissue) massage therapist, who listened and addressed their concerns. The front office staff was also praised for being friendly and professional.
Additionally, a customer named Amber was described as providing a great massage, possibly the best the customer had ever received. Amber listened to the customer's concerns and worked out the knots while giving a relaxing massage, which was exactly what the customer needed.
I have had many massages but my first with Benjamin. He is truly amazing with his pain targeting. I have had many massages and physical therapy treatments and Neve had the experience that he was able to create. His knowledge and details in treatment are great. I you need a trouble area treated i highly recommend going to Benjamin.
I got a massage from Benjamin. He was really great very informative and helpful . He helped me relax, which it was hard for me to do, but he got it done. I was gifted the 60 minute massage in thinking about getting my own membership
I had never had a massage and was a little nervous, but Daisy put me at ease. She really set the bar high for future massages. I will definitely request Daisy the next time I’m in TN.
