“I’m actually excited to share my experiences with this company. My first contact was several months ago with Johnny, who met with me and listened patiently while I described to him what I wanted. And what I wanted was to transform a stand of tangled weeds and vines into an area that would attract birds and bees and butterflies, and be pretty much maintenance free. Within a few weeks, I had received a proposal, reflecting a design for me to approve and a breakdown of the cost of the project. I decided to move forward. My next contact was with Johnny and Blair, the designer and project manager to go over any remaining questions or concerns I had. Several days later, Blair showed up with a three person crew to get the project started. That crew was Brittney, Aaron, and Josh, who was the supervisor on the job. Over four days, they transformed that gnarly stand of weeds and vines into a lovely tiered garden. Those three were a pleasure to have on my property. They were respectful of my property and my privacy. Josh stayed in communication with me throughout the project, always available to respond to any question or comment I had. When this lovely transformation was completed, Josh, Brittney, and Aaron thoroughly cleaned up the area. I can hardly wait until these beautiful plants start filling in with the amazing hardscape. Before work began we designed, assessed and re-designed prior to the offical start. The design collaboration process with David and his Team laid the foundation for the project. Based on the scale of the project, we had limited ideas on some of the challenges that we would need to overcome. Grass and More was up to the challenge. Our biggest challenge was overcoming the rock that was uncovered during the demolition phase. BOY THERE WAS ALOT. Myself and Grass and More came up with creative solutions on how to reuse/re-purpose the rock as it was uncovered. Each day we could see the progress being made. Grass and More was always patient in being able to answer all the various questions that I had during the project. Experienced contractor is the key. I am happy with David and his Grass and More Team. I am excited to see all the plants, trees and flowers bloom in the coming months. Enjoy the before and after pictures.
