What can you say about a Krystal burger? You love them or you hate them. I'm a Krystal lover. I've been eating them for 60 years. Never pass up an opportunity to grab a sackful.

What happened to the original fries? I am not a fan of the new fries. My favorite food item was your chili cheese fries. Now I don't like them at all because of the new fries. Wish you would have left good enough alone.

I am real sad to say that the last 2 times I have been to Krystal, they have messed up my orders! The first time they gave us all chicken and no burgers, left my husband no dinner!The second time they gave us no chicken and gave us 24 Krystal’s instead of 6 and gave us chili fry’s that we did not order. And put so much onions that had to scratch some off.Please check with your stored in Alabama. And have them work harder to get orders right. Love Krystal’s until past few months
