I work during the week so I have to do my personal business on the weekend I called all locations near Chattanooga and couldn't get an appointment on Saturday. So I went to the Walmart and Kim was fantastic she said I have a couple coming in after that don ll try my best to get you in here to get your taxes done.All I had to do was be patient, low and behold she did, she is very professional and was quick to get my taxes done and it saved me from taking time off during the week especially when everyone is short handed anyway during this covid situation and I need my hours at work. Big shout out to Kim for a job well done, enjoy your vacation in April you deserve it.

Kim is the best I went to her last year for my refund advance got it within minutes! So this year I called asked for her made my appointment and Kim gave me once again great fast service within minutes thank you Kim I will see you next year
