We bought our first Buick from Jacob Stanley 5 years ago and yesterday we bought our second! He's now the Sales Manager but he took great care of us and had Jason facilitate our sale. This time we drove all the way from Atlanta to buy our car! They offer the best deal and a straight forward "no BS" car buying experience. If you ask for an out-the-door price, they'll give it to you. No "come in and we'll talk." Which is SO appreciated. I purchased a 2017 cadillac escalade from Integrity. I thought that the DVD player was a finger swipe. It turned out to be a light up eject button but the DVD switch was faulty. I bought the extended warranty but it doesn't kick in for 30 days. I called my salesman, Kenny Louis, and he paid for the repairs out of pocket. This is going the extra mile I'm my book and I would definitely buy from Integrity Cadillac again. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to make this right
