Best Hair Salons In Chattanooga

“I got a haircut for the first time yesterday. I asked for her to cut my shoulder length hair into a short bob. The directions were as short as possible WITHOUT SHAVING the back of my head. During the cut she asked to thin the back out. I asked how she was going to do that, she stated by point cutting. I was exhausted and not paying attention. Guess who has a MASSIVE MASSIVE razor rash on the back of her head and neck? ??‍♀️. At the end of the cut I said it felt really odd and she said no it's fine. Like the only thing I specifically asked for was for her to not shave my hair. To not cut short enough to have to shave.

Update: was offered a refund and asked to take my review down. My review is accurate. I have changed from one star to four as stylist admitted that she made a mistake in cutting hair to short and had to shave. I understand mistakes happen. She now understands the importance of discussing this with the client PRIOR to attempting to fix on her own. Like I stated no shaving because I know I have terrible reactions. Once the rash goes away, my hair will be cute. I will not be taking this review down as it is true to my experience.“
