I visited Hair Color Bar for the first time yesterday and had an appointment with Rhonda. Although I only had a vague idea of how I wanted my hair to look I knew that it was in rough shape and needed a lot of help. Rhonda was able to listen to what I wanted and made it happen! I now look like a natural blonde again instead of an old lady with fried frizzy hair! Rhonda was also very easy to talk to and the salon is clean and lovely.
