I had an issue here with my daughter's hair being uneven. She has curly hair so maybe it was a little hard to tell during the haircut. They were helpful and took care of the problem. Great management!

It all started when my dearest Annesleigh wanted a hair cut and she is very particular about her hair cuts. So this was a big deal!! I told her let's go to the greatest hair cutting salon on this side of the Mississippi river. They were closed so we went to great clips... Worst decision for my dear Annesleight. I was astounded by the sheer lack of precision and customer service. They usually give a refreshing drink but they had skipped that part. The only entertainment they had was last years version of better homes and gardens. The only request my daughter had was to put her hair in a ponytail at the end of this. They gave her this ugly bob and sheered her of her dignity. I was flabbergasted by the end result. I will take my hair business elsewhere.
