I had never used a dry cleaner in Chattanooga and based on reviews for most places downtown, was hesitant to use any of them. I went with this place after being told same day turnaround was possible. It was technically a 2 day turnaround I gave them. I arrived at time I was told would be ready and my suit was fortunately ready but my button down was apparently not and was actually locked in a room the front staff said they couldn’t access. Having to leave early the next morning, I was forced to buy an entirely new shirt before going to wedding out of town. 2 stars for front office staff doing what they could, but operationally seems to have some faults.

They got my husbands suit dry cleaned very quickly and for a very reasonable price. It was perfect. They have multiple locations in Chattanooga which is great for convenience, just make sure you go to the right one

I also am a victim of covid-19 in the sense that I had not been able to find a dry cleaners that was open in any of the places that I've been traveling to so when I saw this cleaners and looked at a couple of reviews about it I decided to give it a go. I had a black military vintage jacket with silver buttons missing and so they had to repair the buttons as well as fine one that was missing for which they did an excellent job. You can't even tell that the buttons aren't all the same and they're very unique buttons to begin with. They told me when it would be ready and they fulfilled their commitment not only in cleaning the item but also in sewing... read full review
