This store came highly recommended, and now I understand why! My daughter’s prom dress required alterations, but given its intricate design, I wasn't sure how it could be done. Amy was wonderful—she warmly greeted us as soon as we entered the store and promptly assessed the dress. Within about ten minutes, she confidently explained exactly how the alterations would be completed. The pickup and payment process was also quick and effortless. Exceptional service from start to finish!
I have been coming here since I first moved to Chattanooga 3 yrs ago. I could not believe how good of a job they did mending a sweater of mine that I thought for certain they were going to tell me it could not be repaired. You would never know where it had torn when I picked it up. Not even when really examining it. I pay more for a sandwich than what Amy charged me for her service. From that day on there is no one else I will give my alteration business to. Not only is she a fantastic seamstress, she is also very kind and always with a friendly smile for you when you walk in. Amy is the miracle worker of fabrics!!! She is so skilled and experienced - a true master! She took on altering my wedding dress without hesitation. The endless compliments are thanks to her skills.
