“The people at Joie Jardin have been, hands down, an absolute pleasure to do business with. From gorgeous flower arrangements to 100% above-and-beyond customer service, I would recommend them to anyone in the area needing or looking for the best of everything they offer. 😍”
“I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's birthday to be delivered to her apartment. The nice lady taking the order was extremely conscientious about the details for the order and the delivery information. I was able to specify a day and even a time for the delivery. My granddaughter sent a photo of the flowers and they were gorgeous! Rarely have I gotten such great customer service and a great product. The service was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Kudos to this business! I will definitely be using them again.”
“Words cannot describe how amazing this company is. My partner and I own an event and floral design company in Alabama and drive the 3 1/2 hours to Chattanooga to get our flowers from them. The quality is always top-notch and you cannot beat their customer service. Linda and Sarah have both gone above and beyond to earn our business and help us out so much with each order we have placed. Oh, did I mention their pricing? Best around!!!!”
