Jordan, Ben, and Cole went way above and beyond to save what they could, help me manage the stress, and even assist me with making my demolished kitchen useable by setting up a temporary sink for me. They even came back a second time to replace that sink because its fixture broke. They also hired a countertop crew to save my countertops during demolition. Can't say enough about Flood & Fire Pros. Jordan arrived at our home 1 hr after calling. Ben & crew were always on time, performed work , cleaned & disposed of mess each day. Jordan met on-site with insurance adjuster to answer questions & assist with claim. Always had open lines of communication which was appreciated. We had an excellent experience with Flood & Fire Pros after discovering a leak in our ceiling that led to mold issues. From start to finish, their team was great—professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the entire process, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation.
