A True Rare Gem in here with Jordon & Flood & Fire Pros. Jordon came out to inspect our RV and was So helpful, Professional and Prompt! He offered Great suggestions & helped me get a plan to resolve the issues All At NO CHARGE! Not only was I Highly Satisfied with Jordon's Customer Service he was just Delightful and I Give Jordon & His Team the Highest Rating! I would Absolutely turn to Flood & Fire Pros again if we need help with moisture / mildew issues. Stephen ????

Jordan and his team were top notch professionals! We had a toilet backup and pipe burst leaving a mix of water and sewage water in our basement and bathrooms. Flood & fire Pros arrived less than 2 hours after first call in the late evening to start cleaning and drying the water. They returned early the next morning to continue cleanup and start removing damaged flooring and drywall. Left fans and dehumidifiers all week and came back to check each day until everything was dry. Also had a dumpster delivered and picked up the very next day to dispose of all trash. Jordan and team were wonderful to work with. Their responsiveness was welcome to a tough event during the holiday season. Clear communication and willingness to work with our insurance company to come to a quick claim resolution helped us move forward with repairs. Though I hope to never have to use his team again, I certainly will if needed and I know who to recommend to anyone facing issues.
