Wish I could’ve inserted a picture of my iPhone 11 max pro completely detached (the screen was lifting and eventually snapped in half).Lucy and Elizabeth were so sweet and efficient. I even got a better screen then the one I came in with! They told me it would be an hour and it literally took an hour! I was so impressed! Great customer service and super efficient! ??Highly recommend.Also, my fiancé asked about the charging port on his iPad. Lucy assessed it and honestly said she couldn’t fix what he needed done! She didn’t try to play around with it or lie or say she could, just to take our money! I loved that! Honesty is key! ??Highly highly highly recommend!
