Visited this morning. Greeted by Frank who listened and promptly began to diagnose issues I was having with my laptop. After working with it, he was able to get it connecting to the internet thru a WiFi connection that had disappeared. It will need a little more attention, so part was ordered. I was in a total of 20 minutes and now have a laptop connection available on my computer for a workshop tomorrow!

Gone to these guys a few times in the past 10 years. Willing to aid in diagnosing on the fly, same day if you need. They've repaired my PCs each time I've come in and I have no complaints. I will continue to get my computers worked on by them.
