As the design build general contractor (Kim L Woods Construction) for this project, we hired Henry and his team to paver the porches and pool deck. From the start, they were nothing but top notch. As a contractor, communication is so important. Henry was always there to answer every call and text while also being aware of our timeline. Much like we do, Henry and his team take pride in quality craftsmanship that will stand the test of time. Their prep work and attention to detail throughout the installation process shows in the final product. We, along with the homeowners, could not be more pleased!

The Dreamscapes crew were a pleasure to work with! We had lots of people in and out working on our pool and patio project, and the Dreamscapes team was far and away our favorite. They explained all potential options for our paver design and helped us pick the best result. Henry was always so kind and responsive anytime we had a question, and he took all our concerns seriously. They always appeared happy to work on the project; they were courteous of our space, and they always cleaned up well. Henry and the team at Dreamscapes did incredible work replacing a 40-year-old, decrepit, unusable tennis court with 2 pickleball courts, an expansive garden area, and a covered outdoor living space. A And they dealt with many unexpected problems along the way with grace and good humor! Dreamscapes managed well to the agreed-upon budget and delivered the pickleball court in time for our first get-together. Throughout, they assisted with design ideas and alternatives. Everyone who sees the renovation has been very impressed — and we are enjoying it immensely.
