Joyce was AMAZING in helping us pick out all our tile and grout. She caters to ALL customers and contractors needs. We are appreciative of the time she gave us. She works by appointments so be sure to call and schedule your personal time with her. That goes for contractors and new customers.

Joyce at Daltile did an incredible job helping me with selections for my new home. She was very detail oriented and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. She works by appointments but when you have an appointment that time frame is yours with no distractions!!!Great selection of tiles and friendly service!

This is not a tile store for DIYers. They cater to the home builder contractors. There were few creative pieces and the colors were mostly grey, browns, and white. They prefer appointments when you come in. I was there to browse and when I said I'd bring my husband back to look at their tiles the receptionist said, "Oh, you need to make an appointment. If I'm with a client I can't help you." I told her we'd be browsing.I will say, a review from a contractor will probably be better to balance my comment. Daltile could be the perfect place for them to come in and get what they need and leave.
