Cloudland Dental provides excellent service with friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the back room. The dental team is skilled and patient, with doctors and nurses being particularly nice. However, some patients have experienced issues with referrals to other offices and insurance coverage. Despite these challenges, the dental care provided is top-notch, with detailed after-care instructions.
Love this dentist! I came in for my new patient exam and cleaning about a month ago. I was a little nervous because I hadn’t seen a dentist in years. My dental hygienist was chad and I was his first patient. He did a great job, made sure I was comfortable during my X-rays and cleaning. He gave me a lot of information about how to properly take care of my teeth and products to use and avoid in my dental routine. Today I had an appointment for two fillings. Marissa was my tech and she was amazing! She was singing and dancing, she all around made my appointment a good time. She was super gentle but worked quickly and got me in and out. The dentist himself is amazing. He works quickly while being clean with his workspace and efficient with time and tools so as the patient you’re comfortable during the appointment. The admin ladies up front are helpful and welcoming. I look forward to my visits now! Couldn’t recommend more!
