This company is a nightmare. I am very upset. If I can give - rating, I will. We had cleaning done this week Move in/ out. After first visit I need to call them to come back, missed a lot of spots. I provided Roi missed scope of work tasks. After second visit, I found a lot missed spots and stains on our walls after they cleaned baseboards. They asked us provide pics with date stamps !!! And we did. We asked them to provide their pics with date stamps and guess what- crickets. I wasted with this incompetent company 2 nights talking and explaining. After all this they said they didn't do anything wrong and provide $50 refund. Be aware of this company!

I have used several cleaning services in Chattanooga. Cleaning Concepts is the best service I’ve used. My house is cleaner than it ever has been. The fact that they want to use your own personal products to clean is awesome. I love having my house cleaned with the products I want.
