If I could give negative stars I would. Legally I'm not sure what I'm even allowed to say other than buyer beware. I'm sure they have treated some customers with ethical, professional and helpful. That was not my experience. Again legally I'm not sure what I'm allowed to say without being sued by this company. They destroyed my life. Do your research before you sign anything. It might be the best decision you ever make, or it could be the worst.

UPDATE 2020: He offered to give me $2000 back for the terrible a job he did but never followed through. Again consumers beware of this dishonest company!
Consumers, please beware of Burell Built Exteriors & Roofing Company, LLC!
At the beginning of July 2018, I purchased a new roof for a home that’s being completely remodeled, knowing already that 10-12 boards needed to be replaced, as you can see the roof from the inside of the house. I informed a Burell Built Exteriors employee named Jesse of this, and he agreed to replace these boards as part of our arrangement.

The company installed new gutters on my house. It was not attached correctly and water flowed between the house and the the gutter. They do not return phone calls. My money was taken and need to hire someone reputable to fix the problem
